Abby Adaway
Favorite Photograph

This is my favorite photo of Abby's because of the focus of the trampoline net, while keeping the background unique. The editing on the net is done well. The black and white filter adds the effect that makes this picture very dramatic and stand out from the rest.

I love the bright colors that convey the background, but I don't think this picture fits as well with the theme. The bottle is unique, but I think its too distracting for this image. With all the different colors, I think this picture would be more alluring with just the bottle.

I love the colors of her hair and how it matches the jacket. The focus on the hair, especially with the stray hairs, make this picture stand out from the rest. Doing it from the top of the Hoban hill with Akron looking out, adds structure to this picture.

This is a cool picture, but I don't think its the best example of depth of field. If I were to retake this picture, I would focus on one branch and from a higher angle and get other branches in the background along with the colors of the sky to get the full effect of this picture.

This picture is an awesome example of depth of field. I love the beauty and detail of the plant, unlike the background where the plant looks plain and unappealing to the eye, but this picture shows there is so much more. She captured the right colors giving this image an aesthetic appeal.

This picture is has well depth of field, the only comment I would have about this would be the angle of the picture. I think if you point your camera higher and get the top of the tree with some of the branches toward the sky, it would make this picture have the fullest potential.

I love the focus and contrast on the blue textured background and orange bouncy ball. The focus on the bouncy ball and the shadow make this picture perfect. The sharpening/editing is done well especially with the detail in the ball.

I really like the nerf bullets on the floor. It shows a story that only a picture can show without words. This picture needs to lessen the opacity of the blur or fix the sharpening around just the bullet itself. I love the picture, but needs work in the editing process.

I love how she captured that perfect second of the dripping icicle. This picture is just timed perfectly. I love the colors portrayed throughout the picture, especially with the blur of the other icicles and blues/greys making this favorite picture.

This picture has great depth of field, but I don't think this picture fits the theme as well as the other pictures. I like the nature type of feel of the other pictures, while this picture feels constructed and edgy.

I love this photograph because of the dramatic effect it portrays. I love the red tint throughout this picture. The depth of field is very clear and just an awesome picture showing the connection between the two of them.

The depth of field is apparent, but I do not believe it fits the nature and bright red/pink tint theme as well. If you capture your cat outside with natural light, with maybe some other people around him/her it would make this picture consistent with the theme.

I love the colors and depth of field of these leaves. This picture has high quality and a great distribution of browns, reds, and oranges.

I love the depth of field in this picture, but I don't personally love the yellow object in this picture. This picture is mysterious and murky that shows great potential. If this picture was in black and white it might make it appreciable for the viewer's eye.
