Peer Critique: Motion Blur

Bella Bendo
The most prominent element of art this the texture throughout the lines. It gives this picture of emphasis to Tia's dark eyes. I chose this image because the of detail shown through Tia's eyes and the focal out of the bright orange and white lines.

Alyssa Eckman
The element shown well in this image is perspective. I really like all the crazy flash of lights at the point of emphasis. The lights stick out showing the hardness of the picture. I chose this image because of the different lights in the center giving this picture texture.

Sam Hier
Form is the element shown in this image. The red, blue, and yellow blocks show the 3-dimension look and the space these objects take up. This picture is well put together with the "Soups On!" sign. I like this picture for the colorful effects to show the focual point.

Danny McRaven
Danny used the value and motion in his image. I really like this picture because the first thing you see is the boy in the dark. At second glance, you see the blurred hand which makes this picture so interesting.

Christina Miller
Christina used texture and value in her picture. This picture has a lot of detail to offer. I like the texture shown the middle with the background having this darker and unfocused effect.

Lauren Reymann
Lauren used texture and form in her picture. This picture is so cool. I love the 3-dimensonial look with the different colors of pink and oranges. Once you look close enough into this picture you see the spiral and the lines leading out from the center which really makes someone stop and stare.

Tia Sahlani
Tia used space and color in her image. I really like the different shades of blue in this picture. If you look at this picture close enough you see the light blue swirls being the trees. I really like the details shown when you look close.

Gracey Smith
Gracey used motion, color, and lines in this picture. I love the different shades of purple and the motion shown. The lines all led to the center back which is really cool.

Madison Stubbendieck
She used color and line to show give a finished look. She used the lines which eventually get smaller which show the background and the little details in the trees.

Megan Tucci
Megan used the value in her image. I like the emphasis of the lightbulb with a purple/pink sunset in the background. This picture even has orange in the sky which matches with the lightbulb.

Brittany Williams
Brittany used value in this image. I really like this picture because of the dark shadow of the boy, but the contrast of colors throughout the picture.

Vicky Woodburn
Vicky used the elements of color and motion. I choose this picture because of the detailed picture of the elk. She used the rule of thirds to give this full effect. The lights are very colorful and truly make this picture pop.

Nate Adolph
Nate used the element of motion and perspective. He made this little car the focal point which is really cool because it is such a little object that could have been easily missed. I really like the spiral background also point towards the car.

Sam Starkey (me)
I used the element of motion and color. I really like the montage of pictures used to get an full effect. Also making my sister big in the center showed the focal point of my image.
